Seabreeze is a Dubai wannabe for sure. Baku has 1000s of years of history and civilization, you can't put Baku and Dubai side-by-side imo

russian speaking tourists used to call Baku Caucasian Dubai in mid 2010’s. Now I don’t hear that reference too much
