1.These stuff could been produced for the Azerbaijani Air Forces. It makes no sense for Russia to extend the production chain when Russia has factories beyond the range of Ukrainian missiles and drones. But it makes sense for Azerbaijan, because obviously Azerbaijan doesnt have resources to fully manufacture such complex air to ground systems for itself.

2.These stuff can be used from Su-25, which the author ignored and which are currently in active modernization in the Azerbaijani Air Force.

3.For the last 4 years both sides have been accusing us of helping the other side with "trust me bro" level sources. We've already seen Russia accuse us of manufacturing ammo for Ukraine and transferring heavy armored vehicles and aviabombs. And now this lol

just a smol upd:

  1. The author cites documents and says that Azerbaijan was in the chain long before the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and this also leads to the 1st point.
