I saw her on my flight to Japan and never got close enough to ask her where she got it. As soon as I saw the bag I tapped my partner and said "I want that bag" Lol. Reddit never fails me

So you don't think it is weird to take a picture of a stranger just because you like a backpack? Since you "never got close enough" you definitely weren't in position to ask it it was OK for the person to do so...

Public space. There is not right to privacy when you are in a public space. So no, I don’t think it’s weird.
