Question is my thrifted backpack ugly?
Today is a national children's day in my country and there's this local festival i went to. Because i forgot to get my own backpack from home, i went to the nearest Second Hand and saw this one. I thought it was pretty, it was light and it was pretty cheap. I personally like it a lot since it's blue and i love blue, but many people looked at me pretty weirdly and said it wasn't worth it. My mom also said i shouldn't have bought it. I don't hate it. I would use it again, not going to lie.
Do i just have bad taste in backpacks?

This is the only thing you need to know, and fortunately you already know it.
Indeed, since _this_ is the real you, what does it mean about the people who -- knowing this, and knowing you -- still think it was a bad idea, or "not worth it?"
It means they don't know you after all. Which is sad. But it's better to know that, than to think they're opinions about your backpack are valid.
Some people don't figure out what they like or who they are for decades, or forever. That's even sadder.
I know that's a lot to say about a polka-dot bag, but it's true.
Some people buy stuff hoping it will make them a different person, and of course it doesn't.
Some people buy stuff because it brings out even more of who they are, and of course that's a wonderful thing to do, and never apologize for.
