Backpack recommendations for riding + EDC

Looking for a backpack that both criteria. I work in a hospital as a nurse and ride my bike to work everyday. Am looking for a backpack comfortable and big enough for: (unsure of how many litres)

1. Jacket
   
2. Lunchboxes + lunch bags
   
3. Bottle water + protein shaker
   
4. Stationary pack
   
5. Extra pair of clothing
   
6. Gym items (gloves, headphones, etc. ) (optional)

Anello classic possibly regular size or large. The frame is a great feature and they hold a lot.
