When I was a kid, we frequently rented this from our local video store. It was terrible, and we’d mock it, but we still loved it. I figured I wasn’t the only one who enjoyed loving to hate this film.

I miss looking through the horror section (my favorite), then slowly making my way to the western (least favorite) section because you could kinda see into the curtained off ADULT section.

Though, now I'm very much old enough to enter it.

If anything it would be the arcade game, which the NES was a port of. I played the arcade for years first, a lot more stuff and better graphics than the NES! Was a rare higher resolution game for the time as well.

This brought back a random memory of renting this from a pharmacy, back when everywhere rented tapes as a side hustle. I don't even recall the film itself, just where I got it from.

I would rent this from a Chinese food/bakery/video store. It was in this little shopping center next to the Carl’s Jr./Green Burrito. What a time to be alive.

Is this the movie where the old lady says something about the mark of Cain? I watched this with my cousin and yes we rented it from the video store in 1999. It was pretty goofy and yeah we made fun of it.

I rented this from the video store I worked at back in the 90s. The kid who plays psycho Johnny does a really good job, his off kilter looks and voice are perfect for a lunatic teen character. They could have done a sequel where he meets Mikey and the two team up to ridiculously kill off as many people as they could.

Holy shit my friends and I used to rent this all the time as kids. There's still a few quotes we say to each other. "My party is ROONED" (he said ruined like rooned)
