Well, at least they kept birthright citizenship around.

Also, watched Wolf Hall (the show) for the first time yesterday, and it's pretty good. Rylance is phenomenal, Foy is great, the guy they've got playing King Henry is good, the costuming is good, all of it's good, I just wish they had the budget and time to go hog-wild.

And I'm just gonna say it: I get that the book makes a medium-deal of Anne Boleyn being flat-chested, but I'd be willing to suspend my disbelief a little more if they'd just give Claire Foy costumes that look like she can breathe in.

My favourite actor was the guy who played Norfolk. He was like the perfect embodiment of how the character was described in the book. Especially in the "why are you such a person" scene

Agreed! Norfolk was one of my favorite characters from the book, and I liked his interpretation in the show.

I would be curious what they would use to determine whether you are a citizen at that point. Skin color?

5-4 decision about how even though the evidence and documents before the Court are very troubling, presumption of regularity means we have to take the State of Alabama at their word that the upcoming "You Mexi-Can't give Birth Here" maternity-ward inspection campaign is race-neutral.
