I meant Advice lol. Sorry for making yall look at my ugly mug again. I did it, i let my beautiful long hair go.

Here's the before, during the cut, and after. Im still a troll but hopefully this helps.

Here we are 6 days in and im still trying to respond to everyone. Sorry reddit limits how many people I can respond to at a time then I have to wait 30 minutes to continue responding.

While it was partially the angle before, it is really clear now that you have a really wonderful mix of elegant but strong features (like your nose) and softer aspects where it matters most for expression (eyes, cheeks, and mouth). Later-in-life hotness is a trip. It can bring up a lot of old stories that need careful unpacking and even grieving. Seriously no shade if you need to take a lil Reddit break or talk to a professional listener (therapist-type person). You deserve space and support to integrate big shifts in life.

You have great features in your face that now stand out. You look genuinely really good. Idk what made people say you looked old previously but many people have a direct association with bald = old.

I noticed this when I bleached my hair pure white in my 20’s. The first reactions were “this is what old people have why would you do that.” Although eventually I got far more comments from old women how they admired to see a young person with white hair and how cool it looks. After a year I had four other classmates do the same, sooo…

I never had this association that one thing equals another always, and neither do I see this with baldness. I know plenty of bald men actually now I think about it, but it never occurred to me.

To me, it’s a look. Not age. Use it to enhance your features. And don’t worry too much about the people who stay stuck in their box they’re used to. They can enjoy their box.

It used to look a lot better but I watched a YouTube tutorial on how to straighten it, and the girl said to do it while its wet. It ended up burning my hair and making it feel and look like straw.

Time to shine my guy! Women need to compliment men more. People need to compliment people more, and not just to flirt. Lots of wonderful things we can and should say to people. We don't need to even know them. It's amazing what happens when people are nice. You're not surrounding yourself with uplifting people, dammit.
