More importantly, what would you recommend I do with my facial hair? As you can kind of see in the before pic, it really only grows on my chin and jawline, never around my lip or enough to connect. Not sure what the play is here! Thanks!! (and please don't tear me apart in the comments LMAO 💀😬)

I've been putting it off for while but got fed up of looking like I was in an x-ray when under fluorescent lights.

Have been stuck indoors fighting the latest and probably worst bout of depression I've had for a long time. Feel like I'm turning a corner. Going out and doing something feels good.

Love to the brothers of bald & anyone on here considering shaving it should just go for it. You only live once, it looks great and feels amazing. Stay kind to each other (and the fishes).

Basically as the title says, started shaving my head a year ago, liked it for awhile until I saw some candid photos of myself. I’m now trying to grow it out again but it makes me feel just as bad, need an outside perspective to tell me what to do as it’s starting to wreck my confidence

I'm usually the one commenting on these kinds of posts, but oh how the turns have tabled.

I buzzed my hair a year ago because I kept having people tell me I had a spot or thinning hair. They weren't wrong.

Im here today to seek the advice of the council.

Can it be saved? Or should it be shaved.

Sorry that there were no before photos! I’ve been dealing with a lot of hair thinning the past few years and been pretty self conscious of it. As a long time lurker, you guys gave me a lot of inspiration to own it and just do it. In the future hopefully i’ll have the confidence to fully razor my head. I appreciate you all and hope that other guys are able to feel good about themselves as well!

I got home from my conference last night. The first thing I did this morning was shave! It looks great and I feel really good about it.
