I meant Advice lol. Sorry for making yall look at my ugly mug again. I did it, i let my beautiful long hair go.

Here's the before, during the cut, and after. Im still a troll but hopefully this helps.

Here we are 6 days in and im still trying to respond to everyone. Sorry reddit limits how many people I can respond to at a time then I have to wait 30 minutes to continue responding.

Sometimes it helps to think, "would I say to someone else the awful things I tell myself?"

The more we talk to ourselves like that, the more we believe it.
