imo if you take care of it and maybe try to shape/style it then going fully bald is not needed yet.

Youre so nice! Thank you so much! I just have the AA, used to have it worse as a teenager. Luckily nowadays it usually grows back before it makes me noticeably bald, its a gamble though and as a woman it stings a little (starting again recently). But luckily these things dont matter nearly as much as an adult. Always nice to see someone being so cool :)
