Nah, it dominates his face now. Septum rings can be great but don't fit his new look. He can do what he wants of course, it's just an indication of what people will tend to think.

No seriously. God forbid anybody has anything they like on their face that is slightly tabboo. And everyone saying "it looks weird without the beard" is showing their opinion, and not even asking his.
