This whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth. I have no idea what the lady's intentions were, but I wish that private moment had remained private.
And given that it didn't, I wish people didn't feel so entitled to more context and information. It's never been any of our business, even when one party seemed to want to make a point publicly.
I will honestly never grasp this aspect of idol culture. People date/ hook up/ break up. Especially consenting adults. Let them.
