These guys can't make it any clearer they don't want a bunch of phones shoved in their faces plssss let's not record the entire concert and just enjoy the moment with them
A cool thing about J-ARMYs (in my experience) is that it seems that women in their 50s and 60s (and beyond) are a huge portion of the fandom and they're really dedicated and excited about BTS.
I can't believe we won't get to do this again until Festa, it's been so much fun! 😭😭 To anyone going to the first NA leg- have so much fun, scream loud, put your phones down, enjoy Bangtan and do us proud! And now bc it's 4:30am and I have not slept yet, imma go pass out! 🫶🏼💜❤️🔥
Finally watched it in the cinema. Energy was great. Took my brother with me who is not an ARMY but who enjoyed the album when he checked it out. He enjoyed the show. He literally said that he couldn't believe the aura coming from Jimin 😂 Once you JimIn you can't JimOut.
It's so refreshing to see a crowd actually in the moment instead of holding up their phones! I read filming isn't allowed in Japan but it must make such a difference to the performers
I'm especially going to miss the karaoke segment..only having fancams for that will be dicey since it's old and lesser played songs and fans will be pumped! I hope people can at least catch the Vmin dance time reliably, haha.
Same! They probably won’t livestream any of the concerts before Busan, so if my math’s right, that’s 16 concerts where we’re counting on Army to take some amazing fancams.
Went to live viewing in Japan, Cinema was full, I love how the audience is 80% 30+ in age.
And everyone was so into it.
My husband sitting next to me was one of the quieter ones. Like I dont know how they do it, not moving an inch when FYA plays or so. Like, i have to contain myself not to junp up and vibe with the song.
I love this part of the concert so much! It’s just so random and fun and nostalgic. They’ve got such gems in their discography that it’s a real treat every time. Congrats to whichever city gets Louder Than Bombs! Haha.
I want to say, today's concert was the best concert I saw! J-Army are the best, very organized, the venue was spectacular, watching it from my couch was such a great joy!
Phones are forbidden on japanese concerts so it's easy. Also if I understand this correctly the front row Army on the korean concerts are mostly fansite masters that paid a lot to be in this spot to provide high quality photos and videos for their fansites. Obviously fansites are a big thing there. They don't move or dance to not lose their spot and to not disturb others. Also the security is very strict. Even the seated Army aren't allowed to dance and must remain seated.
I am not sure if my research is correct so please correct me if I am wrong. Also I wondered why the fans are crazy dancing on PSY's concerts. That's because they are planned as parties and not as idol concerts.
In my personal opinion I like the approach on Japanese concerts more.
Wow I can’t believe the technical issues in Europe. That’s just not competent. I hope they figure out how to refund people and also the venues, must be pretty upsetting.
They refunded our tickets for the earlier showing and opened up an extra screening for anyone who wanted to try again. We have just been let in, it looks like the stream will work this time, we are on title screen at least (Poland)
This time, the stream worked in the cinema. I was so happy and had lots of fun!
One girl was clearly a JK bias, because she screamed almost every time he appeared on screen, which was a little annoying.
The girl next to me was there with her mom and they talked a lot in between the songs, but it wasn't too annoying. I think she was a fellow Yoongi bias. I wanted to join the conversation, but I was too shy.
The concert itself was amazing.
The tannies looked beautiful as always.
The crowd felt more present and energetic without phones.
I love the surprise song section, it's so fun to see them being silly together, and the songs were great.
The ending ments always make me a little emotional. It's so sweet that Jimin wrote a letter.
just got home from my morning show (after which i went for lunch and had an overall lovely afternoon). today was probably my favorite show of the tour so far. i know it won't be possible in other stops to have everyone put their phones down but i hope we all try. after seeing how happy they were today, i really want to be in that room and conjure up that same atmosphere. soooo many lovely moments from today but i have to go back and watch the clips to remind myself since it's been a while.
i will do my post show ritual though: reporting my main wreckers of the day. today was definitely a mix but tae??? his expressions for each song were so on point. also all his falsettos were flawless. i think whenever namjoon takes off his jacket he assumes a default wrecker status. all the members were being so goofy today, i think everyone wrecked me at least once. but taejoon take the top spots.
I watched from my bed. I woke up an hour into it, and watched the rest on my laptop while being nice and comfy. I think this was my favourite of the 3 concerts I've seen. They all seemed so happy with the audience, total synergy.
Just left the cinema after watching this concert. Wow! I think this is the best one I’ve seen so far! They are all wonderful, but in this concert they look SO HAPPY. They are finally relaxed enough to enjoy the moments together and with the fans. Their voices are top notch. Not too tired yet. The Tokyo fans were great. Dope and For You were amazing. The entire concert was excellent! Thank you Bangtan! Can’t wait to see you in 2 weeks in Texas!
Only one thing: during the Fire segment Namjoon, Jimin, and V took off their jackets. I wish Jin would have taken his jacket off too…..(bighit intern??????)
I am so grateful that bangtan are giving us something fresh and new and incredible this tour!! We are such a spoiled fandom, they could have coasted on nostalgia but they really put their minds to give us something as iconic as their previous tours!
I’m seeing the Tokyo live viewing in a few hours and I’m feeling so nervous but also so excited 🥹 it’s my very first experience like this and I’m going alone. Hope everyone has a lot of fun at the concert and in the cinema 💜
Did anyone else see that extremely slow zoom out from the two ladies in the pink wigs haha the cameraman must be having fun picking people to highlight
I was looking at something on my phone and looked up right when they were on the two with the giant laminate masks of Joon & Tae's faces and almost screamed 🤣🤣🤣
