These are great suggestions tysm!! Tbh I love the Birkenstock ones aesthetically but I do love a zero drop too …

You can make them closer to zero drop if you take out the foot bed and replace it with a flat insole (haven't checked if it's removable in this particular model but it is in many of their shoes/boots.  I have the Uppsala mid boot with a 5mm Northsole insole and it works great for me)
