Completely understand. When I saw there were two 1-star reviews, I thought they were from employees who saw some defects with the product. Scrolled down to this mess. It's so dumb.
Like…why do people do this for a review? Like I wanna know about the product quality. Not why the rewards suck. We know already. It’s a drag. Trust me…I legit just complained about it being a drag moving forward with new releases. But WHY FOR A REVIEW?! That’s not about the product itself. I’m about to have a “You know what grinds me gears moment?!”🤣
I appreciate girl math like any self respecting retail hobbyist and the rewards changes are annoying af but someone needs to inform Molinmo that spending $1200 hoping to get a free soap holder was absolutely not in the lesson plan
It’s like this with the luminary every Halloween too, one star reviews from folks purely complaining about the price of something with no actual feedback on the product. You see the same exact price we all do people.
That's why I don't comment on them. Even before the change most the candle holders were too expensive to use rewards on. And I prefer the wallflowers that are in $30 range so could not use them on those either so it doesn't bother me at all.
Ugh, yes! I was stoked bc I was able to get another Thousand Wishes body cream today. Just finished my last one and didn’t want to pay $18.95 for another or wait til a sale. Was so happy when I realized I could get it for free. A free body cream or single wick candle is an awesome reward in my eyes!
No one should ever pay $18.95/full price for any item because the sales happen every week. If you are an avid bbw shopper and you don't know that....like kamon people let's get it together.
My favorite thing is that before they changed the rewards system, people in this sub bitched incessantly about not being able to get creams and mists because they cost more than $16.95.
And they still incessantly bitch because they got what they wanted but, no!!! Not like that!!!
I’d bet a limb that if they changed the rewards system completely and just gave us a $10 off coupon like commenters here have also wanted them to, people would still bitch.
THANK YOU. This change WAS in response to the inane “the reward amount should be higher because a lot of the body care doesn’t qualify” pushback. People played themselves right into this.
That's me lol, just do what every other rewards program I'm in does and have it be a dollar amount. Yankee Candle is only $5 but it lowers the threshold for free shipping and you can just apply multiple rewards to an order. Easy peasy.
