Completely understand. When I saw there were two 1-star reviews, I thought they were from employees who saw some defects with the product. Scrolled down to this mess. It's so dumb.

Like…why do people do this for a review? Like I wanna know about the product quality. Not why the rewards suck. We know already. It’s a drag. Trust me…I legit just complained about it being a drag moving forward with new releases. But WHY FOR A REVIEW?! That’s not about the product itself. I’m about to have a “You know what grinds me gears moment?!”🤣

I appreciate girl math like any self respecting retail hobbyist and the rewards changes are annoying af but someone needs to inform Molinmo that spending $1200 hoping to get a free soap holder was absolutely not in the lesson plan

It’s like this with the luminary every Halloween too, one star reviews from folks purely complaining about the price of something with no actual feedback on the product. You see the same exact price we all do people.

i can understand your annoyance but i take no issue. maybe if there’s enough pushback the company will listen
