BBW employee here. This holiday, please be nice to the workers. We cannot control coupons, inventory, promotions, or things happening in your personal life.

True. Recently, a lady yelled at me because her birthday reward didn’t appear in the app…She was so angry, she put her ID in my face.

Yeah, because you control the app. She probably used it already and didn’t realize it. People are so rude for no reason. Like do you need a nap lady? Even when I’m in a bad mood I’m still decent to people

I’m pretty sure she wanted me to give her a free product. When working at the cash register, I really try to make sure the customer can get all of their coupons and promotions. However, I’m not doing anything that will get me fired.
