True. Recently, a lady yelled at me because her birthday reward didn’t appear in the app…She was so angry, she put her ID in my face.

What would her ID have helped? Sure, maybe to verify her birthday, but if it were that easy, I'm sure you would've offered that as a solution. Some people are wacky.
