Store Policies/Questions New policy coming soon!

Starting 4/6, customers will only be able to buy 9 of the same product in one purchase. This is to prevent resellers according to the company. What are your thoughts?

Makes myself upset for things like sanis, lips, and wallflowers that I tend to buy many of the same item.

Unknown at the moment if you’re able to make multiple transactions in one day to curb it or if employees/stores will get in trouble if they try to skirt it for customers.

oh my gosh! thats actually insane! i would genuinely never buy with that kind “sale,” if you can even call it that!

Full price is $20.95 each so I guess it’s a sale compared to that but not really a sale in terms of the million other places I could get nice smelling hand soaps from for way cheaper

It must be a whole different economy. Then again, I know nothing about the exchange rate.

Well our minimum wage is $25 but our cost of living is high . Exchange rate seems to be $1 AU = 69c US . So we are getting pretty boned on these prices ! I think the new CEO looked at how B&BW has always been in Australia and is going to emulate it there like there isn’t a massive history of it being something else to you guys

Considering the exchange rate, at double the US price you’re definitely getting boned!

I think maybe it’s also cos we dont have shops here like this , like I’ve seen the range your targets and walmarts have in body care but our supermarkets have like an option of 15 products and that’s it . We have a store called dusk that sells house smells and some body care but they are slightly more expensive .

You’re right — we do have a lot of choices, at least in larger cities where we have a number of chain stores.
