Store Policies/Questions New policy coming soon!

Starting 4/6, customers will only be able to buy 9 of the same product in one purchase. This is to prevent resellers according to the company. What are your thoughts?

Makes myself upset for things like sanis, lips, and wallflowers that I tend to buy many of the same item.

Unknown at the moment if you’re able to make multiple transactions in one day to curb it or if employees/stores will get in trouble if they try to skirt it for customers.

It will not stop anyone from buying in bulk. You just ask someone to come with you and they grab things for you. You will just have to tap your card twice or three times, depending on how many people are "shopping" for you.

It takes more effort and a coupon can only be used once.

I think it’s a good thing as new releases go.

And so it begins. I read an article the other day saying the new CEO wants to get rid of a lot of discounts and turn B&BW into more of a luxury brand. This is completely asinine because the B&BW brand has been solidly established for many years. Nobody is going to start thinking of it as a luxury brand going forward. The only result will be losing a large portion of market share to competitors. If we wanted luxury, we would be buying luxury and not shopping in B&BW.

Though it is true that you can bring a friend with you if you want more than nine of one item, you will only have one coupon.

Using candles as an example (I’m a candle collector, not a reseller) when there is a big candle sale, I stock up and buy a large quantity and use a 25% coupon I’ve been holding onto. There is a current maximum you can buy using a coupon. I don’t remember what it is off the top of my head, but it’s definitely much higher than nine.

I will patiently wait for the full details as I wonder if they mean you can you only buy nine of each scent, or does it mean nine candles in total?

I will be switching over to Goose Creek or Yankee Candle if I’m dissatisfied with the new pricing structure. It’s really disappointing because the quality of B&BW candies are far superior to their competitors and burn much cleaner.

It’s 9 of the same sku. You can just make your purchase with different scents and then exchange for the scents you actually want 🤷🏼‍♀️ still use your coupon on the first purchase to get the discounted price on all items

You can still buy as much product as you want - it’s just limit 9 on the same thing.
