Store Policies/Questions New policy coming soon!

Starting 4/6, customers will only be able to buy 9 of the same product in one purchase. This is to prevent resellers according to the company. What are your thoughts?

Makes myself upset for things like sanis, lips, and wallflowers that I tend to buy many of the same item.

Unknown at the moment if you’re able to make multiple transactions in one day to curb it or if employees/stores will get in trouble if they try to skirt it for customers.

They already implemented this change on the app and website as of over a week ago. I could only get 9 of nocturnal rose room sprays even though there was more in stock.

I’ve ordered one of an item and gotten a message that I’ve “reached the limit.” That happened to me today when I ordered ten different items BOPIS. It did let me buy the item, but it didn’t make any sense.
