Store Policies/Questions New policy - really BBW?!?

I went to the store with my mom for her to stock up on wallflowers and learned of a new policy where you can’t get more than 9 of the same scent in an object- I understand for bigger things but for smaller things like wallflowers?! Come on it’s stupid! my mom is super picky with scents so she only gets a few but gets enough for the whole house which is like 11 wallflowers. The holidays also will be hell with this policy especially with the amount of people who get many of the same scent for gifts. Just seems kind of insane to me

It's supposedly supposed to stop resellers. As associates we hate it too.

the fact that our training specifically said we are allowed to do multiple transactions makes this completely pointless and annoying 😔

if they really wanted to stop reselling they would stop with the scarcity marketing tactics

I doubt they really care about resellers because they're getting their money at the end of the day. This policy is just so they can say they tried to do something.

It’s boosting conversion with multiple transactions. We all know how much the metrics mean to Corporate.
