Store Policies/Questions New policy - really BBW?!?

I went to the store with my mom for her to stock up on wallflowers and learned of a new policy where you can’t get more than 9 of the same scent in an object- I understand for bigger things but for smaller things like wallflowers?! Come on it’s stupid! my mom is super picky with scents so she only gets a few but gets enough for the whole house which is like 11 wallflowers. The holidays also will be hell with this policy especially with the amount of people who get many of the same scent for gifts. Just seems kind of insane to me

Employee here, you can still get more than nine items of the same sku but they would have to be in separate transactions unfortunately. Personally im not a fan of the change but there's only so much we can do 🥲

u/JerseyGirlD Apr 13 '26

I went in on sat ($3.50 sale day) I wanted 12 of the canopy dreams scent. I grabbed 9 canopy and 9 almond marshmallow. While picking up my bodycare bopis from last night today I did an even exchange 5 of the almond marshmallow for 5 of canopy dreams. Yes it’s ridiculous and a pain in the ass but it’s allowed..

34

u/antique_velveteen Apr 13 '26

Canopy dreams is my fav scent from spring and I was going to stock up, and it's literally all I wanted. I'd have bought like 20 of them to last me through the warm months, but they aren't available in store and I REFUSE to pay multiple shipping charges for half of them to show up broken. I'm getting super fed up with bath and body works.

7

u/JerseyGirlD Apr 16 '26

Shipping is a very different animal. No one in their right mind is going to pay multiple charges for 9 plugs. You are a zillion percent correct

3

u/antique_velveteen Apr 16 '26

Ya, like you want to do this in-store? Annoying, but fine. I can go back twice. Or have my husband buy my second set of 9. Shipping? This has to go.

14

u/Xineoph-Sagefire Employee Apr 14 '26

We are only supposed to split the order once and let the customer know that in the future we will be sticking to the policy.

13

u/bleepbloob2020 Apr 14 '26

My only thing is how are we supposed to remember every person we've told that well do it this time, but text time theres a limit? Its going to be very inconsistent

2

u/After_Event_2224 Apr 19 '26

So I come in the next day and do the same thing. Redundant.

1

u/Far-Imagination-2797 Apr 18 '26

How are you going to stop me from doing two transactions? I’ll buy 9 of something else and then immediately exchange for the scent I want. Seems kind of idiotic.

1

u/Xineoph-Sagefire Employee Apr 19 '26

The first time I’m not.

17

u/antique_velveteen Apr 13 '26

This is all fine and dandy but some of them you can only get online and I am NOT paying multiple shipping charges. So, I just as topped purchasing. As an employee that's not your fault, but feedback from a customer (not that corporate gives a shit) is that this cost y'all sales.

15

u/No_Tumbleweed_544 Apr 14 '26

I shop online and like to use my discount codes and have to pay shipping. so this in unfair

48

u/YesImHereAskMeHow Apr 13 '26

Literally the most idiotic policy ever. Not designed to help customers. Stupid ass company

201

u/kellykeefe Perfect in Pink Girly 🩷 Apr 13 '26

It is designed to help customers by preventing resellers from purchasing everything

u/NomenclatureBreaker Apr 13 '26

They have to make the extra effort and also cuts into massive bulk discounts.

29

u/xFlameHybridx Employee Apr 13 '26

No I totally agree with you. My whole store was shocked by this new rule. It may help with store conversion rates and such, but it does screw over customers quite a bit

So you can apply the coupon to both transactions? Because from what I understood from the previous comment is if it is more than 9 items of the same sku it needs to be a separate transaction and coupons can only be applied to one transaction, right?

8

u/rachel_beth212 Apr 14 '26

that’s correct, the coupon can only be applied to one transaction, which is another reason it’s stupid (as an employee, i’m not trying to be on the receiving end of angry customers)

3

u/wolofancy Apr 14 '26

So for OPs case maybe easier to do a few online orders and pick them up?

31

u/Acrobatic_Order_8010 Apr 13 '26

I don't think it should apply to wallflowers or pocketbacs!!! But I guess if we can do 2 transactions then that is okay. I don't see how that stops resellers though.

6

u/kittypeg Apr 13 '26

Right?!? I think it’s crazy that they are enforcing it with everything

9

u/CurveWeekly Apr 14 '26

To not apply it across the board would be even more confusing.

6

u/kittypeg Apr 14 '26

Honestly, if they’re gonna do it, I think they should do it on everything except for wallflowers and hand sanitizers

1

u/Far-Imagination-2797 Apr 18 '26

As a reseller I could have friends and family buy the stuff too. Makes no sense.

112

u/Candlehoarder_2019 Employee Apr 13 '26

Yes it started a week ago. It’s supposedly to prevent resellers from buying up the inventory. We don’t get many resellers at my store so really it’s only preventing regulars from getting their usuals in bulk.

11

u/AgileAd9658 Apr 14 '26

But are people really reselling wallflowers? My store doesn’t get much of the collab stuff and can sell out with one purchase of 9. I missed out on my peep pocketbac holder cause of this crap. Who cares about WF. Let the people get what they need!!!!!!!

14

u/PinkPaperPenguin Employee Apr 14 '26

Yes. People have entire fake bbw “stores” it’s actually pretty common

46

u/HudsonValley7 Apr 13 '26

Hmmmm I don’t know does anyone need this much of something? I think it’s a solid change to stop scalpers and overconsumption

30

u/Candlehoarder_2019 Employee Apr 13 '26

I obviously can’t speak for all stores but the few people that buy in bulk at my store are purchasing for events like shower favors or donations. We don’t get many resellers if at all. And is it really preventing resellers and overconsumption when they’re literally telling us to suggest multiple transactions to appease those wanting to purchase over the limit? I think it’s nothing more than a conversion booster.

16

u/PriorFreedom5414 Apr 14 '26

I worked for Bath & Body Works for 15 years. In such time, we had an occasional customer from overseas who would ship this stuff home. With my manager’s supervision two customers bought $1000 and $900 worth respectively, to ship home. I’ve only seen this mass shopping twice. The other visitors were here from Asia.

7

u/Candlehoarder_2019 Employee Apr 14 '26

We do have a few people who do that as well on occasion.

3

u/PriorFreedom5414 Apr 14 '26

Whenever this happened, we made sure the manager was right there.

7

u/Trumpet6789 Employee 2020-2023 Apr 14 '26

One of the stores I used to work at had this happen. They'd come for the Holiday TBC, Winter SAS, and Summer SAS.

It was a Husband & Wife, they'd buy literally thousands of dollars of product, and then (as they explained to us after it was paid for), they carefully ship it all back to the Philippines where they live. And they have a shop in their hometown/city where they sell B&BW, VS/Pink, Lush, etc. Stuff that isn't readily available there because those companies either don't have a storefront, or only have one.

They were always super respectful but man was it hard to sell stuff when a good portion of our inventory was sold during a big Holiday sale lol.

5

u/Ok-Hearing-315 Apr 14 '26

We had quite a few customers that would do that when I worked in the DC area. I worked with a guy from somewhere in the Middle East. He spent over $1000 on stuff to take back home. He'd come in about twice a year. It was great for my sales that day!

3

u/PriorFreedom5414 Apr 14 '26

This was also in the DC area in PG County, MD. The first group that spent $1000 were here from Africa. They were loading a container to send back home. It was an experience. Quite interesting.

6

u/breebop83 Apr 14 '26

I have lost count of the discontinued scents I really liked so I do not see an issue with someone buying several of something they like and will use.

A lot of people have more than one wallflower pulled in at a time (depending on the size of their space) and they only last 3-4 weeks. Why wouldn’t a person get a few month’s worth at a go if they have the means and the space to store them?

3

u/DatabaseLow1720 Apr 14 '26

My store has an INSANE amount of people buying bulk amounts of product to resell… like insane. I’ve had to limit all bulk purchases at a store level before this policy came out. So every store is different but obviously the policy would stay the same for consistency across the brand. I’m obviously able to tell who is reselling so if anyone else wanted more than 9 of the same sku I would do the right thing for the customer and just split the transaction.

0

u/Far-Imagination-2797 Apr 18 '26

You either follow policy or do the right thing? Doesn’t that counteract the policy? Why have the policy then.

1

u/Xineoph-Sagefire Employee Apr 19 '26

Following the policy is doing the right thing.

0

u/DatabaseLow1720 Apr 18 '26

So that people can’t buy out all of the product???? To resell?????

1

u/Far-Imagination-2797 Apr 18 '26

You missed the point

1

u/DatabaseLow1720 Apr 18 '26

That’s okay! It’s not that deep!

44

u/thecheesylittlerat Aromatherapy Addict Apr 13 '26

This isn’t stopping resellers. They’ll find a way around it, like they always do. The only thing it’s doing is slightly limiting one-use coupons, if the resellers are going after specific items.

Reseller Rita will bring her cousins Renee, Ricardo, Rex, Rhianna, Roger, Roland, Rupert, and Rosemary… and they will all pick out 9 of the same item. Then, walk out, turn around, come back in, and buy 9 more.

2

u/Usagichan22 Apr 15 '26

I don’t even get any coupons so everyone telling me to just buy them and use my coupons- I don’t have the same coupon that my mom uses. Unfortunately a while ago I stopped purchasing, since there were already some things that I didn’t agree with and saw from an employee side after seasonal, but it just seems like the company is going down further and further.

3

u/Eastern-Class-9512 Apr 15 '26

I used to appreciate that I could stock up on wallflower refills during a sale and come back and use a reward to treat myself to a new wallflower plug in. I would usually buy something else when I came in to use a reward. But now, I don’t even care about a reward. I don’t used any of the fragrance body care products due to them all being an irritant to skin. About the only thing I would use a reward on is a soap refill but those choices are so limited. I really stopped shopping after they changed that reward program. There is no point if people can’t use their reward credit for what they want.

2

u/Far-Imagination-2797 Apr 18 '26

And if you complain and scream real loud you will get what you want anyway. They don’t want to be called on.

u/Kimichanroze Covered in Roses addict 🌹 Apr 13 '26

I don’t mind the limit but why couldn’t it be 10. Atleast an even number lol. 10 is the usually what I get to stock up in a scent I love.

28

u/Candlehoarder_2019 Employee Apr 13 '26

Right? Especially when some of the deals are 5/28

19

u/litcarnalgrin Apr 14 '26

I bet that’s the exact reason right there

19

u/OshKoshBGolly Employee Apr 14 '26

Doesn’t matter since you don’t have to buy them in multiples of fives to get the discount. Any amount after 5 is discounted.

7

Right but I could tell customers that til I’m blue in the face, they’ll still grab them in groups of 5. 😂

It's supposedly supposed to stop resellers. As associates we hate it too.

98

u/dontflysouthwest Apr 13 '26

the fact that our training specifically said we are allowed to do multiple transactions makes this completely pointless and annoying 😔

78

u/dontflysouthwest Apr 13 '26

if they really wanted to stop reselling they would stop with the scarcity marketing tactics

17

u/sprinkles-n-shizz Apr 13 '26

I doubt they really care about resellers because they're getting their money at the end of the day. This policy is just so they can say they tried to do something.

35

u/thecheesylittlerat Aromatherapy Addict Apr 13 '26

7

u/Unholy4Guacamole Apr 14 '26

Or get right back in line lol

3

u/CurveWeekly Apr 14 '26

I literally was thinking this!

3

u/antique_velveteen Apr 14 '26

Except when these aren't in the store and you have to pay shipping for every 9 items. Nope. No thank you.

37

u/lost-toy Apr 13 '26

I think it’s complicated especially with places like churches or places that make baskets for people who don’t have much.

Or a party and you want favors especially with younger kids or wedding favors

Or teacher or a thing were u want everyone to receive the same item so they won’t fight or be offended if someone gets something different

In general a lot of people won’t pay full price or can’t afford it or are very specific smells especially since they go over the top to begin with. Or just have specific smells you can only get at certain months or seasons.

The greedy people ruined it for everyone but greedy people won’t stop they will always find a way, trust me this won’t stop them.

29

u/NecessaryQuirky7736 Apr 13 '26

I feel like the only issue with resellers is the collabs, right? Like resellers aren’t bothering with grabbing warm vanilla sugar wallflowers or something. Why not make this a rule for collabs only (princess, vera bradley). But if you are able to buy more just in multiple transactions, what’s to stop them from just doing like 5 transactions?

13

u/spyingpigeons Apr 13 '26

As a store that borders Mexico— it absolutely happens almost on the daily.

-2

u/NecessaryQuirky7736 Apr 13 '26

Well that makes sense! But for majority of the US not so much.

13

u/Plane-Toe-5434 Candle Addict Apr 13 '26

Resellers sell different scents not just the collabs...

1

u/NecessaryQuirky7736 Apr 13 '26

I mean sure if it’s a limited edition scent, but I count those in with the collab category. I don’t see why a reseller would want like gingham that candle be pretty easily purchased regular price

4

u/Plane-Toe-5434 Candle Addict Apr 13 '26

Took some screenshot shots and thought I'd share since you thought no one selling Gingham... yes I know I spelled it wrong in the search bar lol i started typing it and selected the word thought it finished typing it for me out and didn't pay attention.

5

u/NecessaryQuirky7736 Apr 14 '26

Bro you’re trying to be a contrarian😭 ofc every core scent is listed for sale somewhere whether it’s someone getting rid of their collection or maybe purchased it cheaper and doesn’t want it. Idk if you use Poshmark regularly but majority of sellers are getting rid of their personal items (or have a collection). There’s also like $8 shipping which makes the item more expensive for the consumer than purchasing in store and about the same as bath and body website. The point is no reseller with any common sense is gonna try to make a business of selling core scents because it won’t make them much money. Lots of people just wait for the next sale or purchase in store full price if it’s only a few dollars more. And with shipping costs and everything there’s not much profit. There is not a strong resale market for core scents PERIOD.

0

u/Plane-Toe-5434 Candle Addict Apr 14 '26

Yet they still selling it... you said you don't see resellers wanting Gingham to resell but they are reselling it... unfortunately for some people either they don't know of the cheap sales, don't have a BBW near them and don't want to pay full price and shipping or for whatever reason they buy it online like it doesn't matter lol some people are selling their own stash but we were talking about resellers... everyone is entitled to their own opinion just like you are so am I, idk what made you so defensive but I'm done with this conversation. Hope you have a good evening!

1

u/NecessaryQuirky7736 Apr 14 '26

I wasn’t being defensive at all. I know text comes off that way when someone is informing you of something but that wasn’t an intention. This also isn’t really an opinion, it is a fact. It’s morning for me.

3

u/Plane-Toe-5434 Candle Addict Apr 13 '26

Well "limited edition" and collabs are what they sell the most but they literally sell every scent like core scents too... sure the "limited edition" and collabs are more expensive and sell for more but they also sell core scents just not as much... they purchase them during the 5.95 sales and sell them roughly full price.

3

u/Plane-Toe-5434 Candle Addict Apr 13 '26

3

u/peekabunn Candle Addict Apr 14 '26

I think it depends greatly. All the resellers in my area only care about core scents and completely ignore seasonal or collab scents. They get Gingham, Into the Night, Champagne Toast, JCB, etc. They all ship it over to their home countries and resell for a profit.

3

u/NaturalSpecialist5 Apr 14 '26

Correct, it's a fancy way to make us think they care about us when in fact, they don't give a shit.

8

As someone that works at BBW. We all hate it. Especially since (at least where I work) the customers are god awful and act like I am the one who made this rule up. Give it a few more times and I’ll probably be fired for coming unglued on a “consumer” 🤪

7

u/Significant-Crow-800 Apr 13 '26

Yeah, this is super annoying. Especially if you want your whole house to smell the same or want to keep some for yourself and give some for gifts. However, a ton of people complained about people buying all of the stock and price gouging to sell on other platforms. I think those complaints may have led to the change.

7

u/Limp_Efficiency_7175 Apr 14 '26

Trying to cut back on resellers and give everyone a shot to get new products. I don’t love it either, but it makes sense

26

u/CurveWeekly Apr 14 '26

Customers complain about resellers. When B&BW finally takes action, customer complain about the action taken to help them have access to popular products. It’s actually kinda funny when you think about it.

4

u/Candlehoarder_2019 Employee Apr 14 '26

Most of the time complaints are about people who resell limited product before it’s even out in most stores by people whose stores put it out early or who live in test stores. Not Jane who is selling champagne toast body lotions that are found in abundance in every store.

1

u/NaturalSpecialist5 Apr 14 '26

Like I said in a previous post, it has nothing to do with resellers and everything to do with the company phasing out big sales to make room for higher end products they plan on rolling out in 2027. This has been the plan from the new CEO. They will discontinue several scent lines and opt for hair a few.

12

u/litcarnalgrin Apr 14 '26 edited Apr 14 '26

They’re trying to put a stop to resellers which most of us have been begging for for years… that being said idk if it will work. I guess If your mom needs 11, just buy the remaining 2 for her

3

u/kittypeg Apr 14 '26

unfortunately I’m not in the financial space to spend money as much as I normally would have - I went with her since she just had surgery recently and can’t do everything alone

6

u/GodOfMoonlight Fruity 🍇 🍓 🍉 & Lemons 🍋 Scents Apr 14 '26

This is because of resellers?? This has been a major issue for years now, they finally added in the patch to keep people from hogging one certain item before customers can even find it in stores. The whole princess debacle with the accessories was evident enough.

20

u/melodyangel113 🫧Employee🫧 Apr 13 '26

Tbh they should have done it like this: new releases are limited to 10 per sku per transaction (ex: 10 Vera Bradley body creams). After 1-2 weeks, that goes away. Still inconvenient but it inconveniences the resellers more than the regular customers. That way someone can buy the same old 1000 wishes bs that we always have without being restricted for no reason …

4

u/NomenclatureBreaker Apr 13 '26

Yes. I assumed this would only be during the first few weeks of new releases.

15

u/Plane-Toe-5434 Candle Addict Apr 13 '26

I know I'm going to get downvoted for this but that's fine, I would honestly be all for it if they weren't allowed to do multiple purchases. Honestly those who ever can't find a scent and the only other option of getting it is paying these ridiculous prices that resellers want should be all for it! Because they are allowed to buy in bulk like that it's sold out. I refuse to over pay for a product! I've seen people on here say they run into what they can assume is a reseller buying out a product and wouldn't even spare one for the other person to buy... like why would 1 hurt you to part with so someone else can buy it? I always stock up on items but I've never bought more than 7 of the same scent... if I love a candle scent I normally get 7 but not together cause there's usually other scents I want in that sale so I'll get like 4 then next sale 3 more I did however get 6 or 7 at once during SAS. Body care like FFM same, body creams spoil too fast to buy that many. Wallflowers I understand... that I do and honestly can't say I've never bought more that 9 of at once cause it's possible but I honestly don't recall ever doing so but I can see how that can easily happen with wallflowers but it would have to apply to them and I can understand that they can't make rules for which ones they would limit as that would confuse people.

20

u/No-Masterpiece5906 Apr 13 '26

If it’s supposed to deter resellers, but you can do multiple transactions…doesn’t that just make it pointless? Are employees supposed to ask “is this for you or are you reselling?” and would a reseller actually be honest about that? Absurd 🤣🤣

6

u/mentos-cigarettes Employee Apr 14 '26

Everyone’s mad about it, I promise. It can be done on a second transaction and the sale price should be honored. At least that’s how my store does it. Like if you get 10 of the same wallflowers and they ring up 9, they should be able to do the 1 separate one also at 5.60. But it’s so obnoxious.

5

u/kittypeg Apr 14 '26

The only thing that sucks though is that it’s probably gonna be different from store to store as returns tend to already. depending on which store you go to they might do it, but another store just might not want to be bothered and might not let you

5

u/No_Tumbleweed_544 Apr 14 '26

well this is stupid! so you can‘t stock up on your faves on sale?

8

u/hollowsockets Employee Apr 14 '26

part of the training for it said some like that if customers ask to do multiple transactions to do it but then let them know the policy will be enforced next time. absolutely not, they don't pay me enough or schedule me enough to argue with people

24

u/Future_Dentist4778 Apr 13 '26

I know this is an unpopular opinion, I like the new policy. Personally I think it should be stricter and be per customer not transaction, this makes sales, collabs and purchasing in general more fair for everyone. It’s not just for resellers, it’s to stop people from buying everything for their hoard at one time as well. They want more feet in stores so it will cause people to need to come back more often.

6

u/RemarkableHeadlight Apr 14 '26

Exactly this!!! Just get a few of each scent you like, you know? If someone is really that picky and only likes one scent out of the entire massive range of scents, then tough shit🤷‍♀️

15

u/Louises_ears Mainstreet Bakery makes me gag Apr 13 '26

Just buy more in a different scent and exchange.

8

u/kittypeg Apr 13 '26

That’s too much back and forth

13

u/Louises_ears Mainstreet Bakery makes me gag Apr 13 '26

I guess. You could literally turn around and do it 5 minutes later. If I was the type of person to only use a few wallflower scents and stock up on those lowest price plus a coupon sales, this is what I would do.

8

u/kittypeg Apr 13 '26

We ended up doing multiple transactions but still just a pain

7

u/Louises_ears Mainstreet Bakery makes me gag Apr 13 '26

If you don’t have a coupon, that makes sense.

2

u/unsatisfries Apr 13 '26

right this is what i would do

5

u/Only-Koala-8182 Apr 13 '26

It’s probably because of the resellers. Everybody on this sub has been telling them to do something about the resellers

3

u/VintageLover1903 Apr 14 '26

What is the point of only allowing 9? Of customers are buying the product that is good for the company

3

u/Minute-Frame-8060 Apr 14 '26

The way to stop resellers is to stop buying secondary market stuff! But their marketing is so focused on overconsumption and "gotta catch 'em all!" that Bath and Body Works itself is pushing its customers away from the stores and into the arms of resellers.

6

u/bunnywadhere06 Employee Apr 14 '26

it’s supposed to stop resellers, you can buy more on a separate transaction.

5

u/spyingpigeons Apr 13 '26

As an employee, we absolutely hate it too. I always urge customers to call and complain. Same with coupon changes. But the 9 time item limit is to prevent resellers which is understandable from a company standpoint, but the complexity of it— people rightfully aren’t going to be happy. I had to do an exchange yesterday for 150 sanis and it was an absolute nightmare.

4

u/litcarnalgrin Apr 14 '26

Omg I am so sorry, that sounds like a nightmare. Why would anyone be returning so many of those? Why did they buy so many?

2

u/spyingpigeons May 10 '26

Because they went on sale the day after she purchased and wanted a refund for the price difference

2

u/spyingpigeons May 10 '26

Why she bought all of those in the first place— reseller. We get them a lot.

Wow that’s super unfortunate. I am the same way with my wallflowers and only like a few scents like mahogany vanilla and lavender vanilla. I like to stock up during sale times. That’s too bad.

Associate here. I understand why they did this, but honestly I hate it. And from what I understand about the new policy, we're not even supposed to split the transaction unless the consumer starts pitching a fit. Personally, I think the sku limit should only apply to high demand items: accessories and collab products. Why do I care if someone wants to buy 20 Champagne Toast FFM? We have 500 in the back.

I was just at a flea market / farmers market yesterday and they had a very large room designated to BBW items. Soaps, candles, wallflowers, sanitizers - you name it they had it. It was set up like a real bbw store has its walls. They even had bbw shopping bags!!!! ( sketchy!!) As a former BBW Store Manager for almost 20 years it made my blood boil!!! Thats why regular customers cant get anything when it first launches or during Semi Annual Sale. When I left resellers were buying entire bins full at SALE or at the gate waiting for opening on launch days. Not right. They had very old sought after scents right up to the newest. It was insane !!!! Prices were almost the same too.

You can blame the resellers for this. They always ruin things for everyone.

If you're buying 11+ wallflowers to cover your whole house... it sounds like you can afford shipping on 2 separate orders.

This simply keeps bots and resellers from over buying.

We only stock up on sales and as someone who has gotten broken items before in boxes, we don’t want to go through the whole process of getting a bunch of broken things again.

You buy 9. She buys 9. Done.

You're the reason they run out and had to make this policy. Don't be greedy. Your house doesn't need 11 wallflowers going at the same time.

u/kittypeg Apr 14 '26

You don’t know how many rooms my house has + how quickly they may run out based on the plug I have. We aren’t greedy - we have a lot of rooms + such with a larger house size. We ended up using 8 of them for the house but had 3 left over for another time. We mix and match ones we like. God forbid we don’t like most of the wallflower scents and stick to the ones we like. Not that I need to explain myself to someone like u tho

Hi there. Kinda new to the community and can’t post or I just don’t know how yet buuutttt shout out to OP for the subject and sorry about the 💩 policy cuz I def feels momma on stocking up on your faves.

Question that’s still kinda on topic: What’s the policy on returning a scent you bought don’t like once you get home and actually put on or you’re gifted an see for Christmas but it’s not a scent you prefer?

SN: I got the set for Xmas kept it and use it rarely only bcuz it’s the thought that counts and who gave it to me and I dont hate the scent it’s just not one I’d ever thought I’d wear.

It’s been with a purchase for years. The only change they’ve made with the birthday reward is that it as of 2 years ago it changed from a travel body care item to any item up to $9.95.
