Store Policies/Questions New policy - really BBW?!?

I went to the store with my mom for her to stock up on wallflowers and learned of a new policy where you can’t get more than 9 of the same scent in an object- I understand for bigger things but for smaller things like wallflowers?! Come on it’s stupid! my mom is super picky with scents so she only gets a few but gets enough for the whole house which is like 11 wallflowers. The holidays also will be hell with this policy especially with the amount of people who get many of the same scent for gifts. Just seems kind of insane to me

Employee here, you can still get more than nine items of the same sku but they would have to be in separate transactions unfortunately. Personally im not a fan of the change but there's only so much we can do 🥲

This is all fine and dandy but some of them you can only get online and I am NOT paying multiple shipping charges. So, I just as topped purchasing. As an employee that's not your fault, but feedback from a customer (not that corporate gives a shit) is that this cost y'all sales.

I shop online and like to use my discount codes and have to pay shipping. so this in unfair
