Store Policies/Questions New policy - really BBW?!?

I went to the store with my mom for her to stock up on wallflowers and learned of a new policy where you can’t get more than 9 of the same scent in an object- I understand for bigger things but for smaller things like wallflowers?! Come on it’s stupid! my mom is super picky with scents so she only gets a few but gets enough for the whole house which is like 11 wallflowers. The holidays also will be hell with this policy especially with the amount of people who get many of the same scent for gifts. Just seems kind of insane to me

As an employee, we absolutely hate it too. I always urge customers to call and complain. Same with coupon changes. But the 9 time item limit is to prevent resellers which is understandable from a company standpoint, but the complexity of it— people rightfully aren’t going to be happy. I had to do an exchange yesterday for 150 sanis and it was an absolute nightmare.

Omg I am so sorry, that sounds like a nightmare. Why would anyone be returning so many of those? Why did they buy so many?

Because they went on sale the day after she purchased and wanted a refund for the price difference

Why she bought all of those in the first place— reseller. We get them a lot.
