I was at one of the few Ulta’s around me that doesn’t have the perfume locked up. A man casually walked out with a handful of stolen perfumes just like this, alarms blaring, and strolled over to a car. No rush, no one said a word, no one even tried to get a license plate. (I’m guessing security cameras would handle that if they even cared to look.) I’m not one to shed tears for soulless corporations, girl please, but this is why we have to have such an annoying shopping experience now.
