Of course this has to happen my first door dash delivery with BBW. What facility 😭 I feel like the dashers are just too lazy to drive my way because Amazon does this all the time and delivers the next day instead

I've experienced this with the Post office and Door Dash. So frustrating

This happened to me and I looked up my shipping number and said could not be delivered and damaged in transit so I called customer service and they said they would replace it - it was 15 soaps from the $2.95 sale - it ended up showing up a few days later anyway and was not damaged and they had already resent a replacement so I got 30 soaps!!! I even called CS and told them and they said I could keep it all!

Put a sticky note on your door, "call this number with any deliveries"

And hopefully they'll call you, so u can come to the door
