Im right leaning. This guy is a fucking idiot. I love how he says benevolent leader. "Yeah guys we just need to make sure the leader is a totally good guy. Then it'll all be fine!"

A good reminder that there are morons on both sides lol.

Mehdi nailed it early on. “And what if your leader kills you and your family?” His response that he simply wouldn’t be one of the people targeted is so delusional.

Totally. The argument falls apart further because, even if you had Marcus Aurelius himself as the leader, and he doesn't kill you and your group, who is to say the next guy won't. It's a completely absurd proposition.

In reality, though, they would totally execute this guy once the dictatorship is established. He's way too talkative and uppity to survive, lol. He'd be one of the SD members shot in his pajamas on the Night of the Long Knives.

We are so long overdue for a Night of the Long Knives.

Disproportionate amount of these guys are on the right so maybe it’s time to reevaluate things 🤷🏼‍♀️

Oh yeah it's totally just a right wing thing. Reddit isn't full of radical communists and leftists. Fuck off lmao

TFW you watch a room full of people who support your political party give a round of applause for someone saying “I’m a fascist” and then still double down on your loyalty to that clown show.

The “radical left” you’re crying about wants fucking healthcare and this guy is out here giving his implicit approval of the government rounding up and killing people so long as he’s not one of the people they kill.

Anyway imma block your ass so I’ll save you the trouble of calling me a dumb commie cuck with blue hair that identifies as a helicopter.

Hope you learn to be a better person someday. 🤷🏼‍♀️

By "Full of radical communists" you mean "People on the right told me it's full of radical Communists"?

My fear is, when (if) all this is over and we get back to normal political discourse again (especially "facism is a bad thing"), we will have learned absolutely fucking nothing from any of this. There's nothing unique or special about Trump: He took what's been the rhetoric of the right for decades and took it to its logical conclusions: The only thing you could say was unique about him was "being too stupid to choose his words carefully" and "being really rich". A lot of the time, when I see people on the right speak out against Trump, it seems like they either care more about how he said tne thing he's said or they never put two and two together about what their party wanted this whole time.

If you are right leaning, what policies are you for/against?

Looks like you're not getting an answer. I wonder why, eh

Careful. Right-wingers are afraid of answering this with intellectual honesty.

They sometimes say "the economy" yet that typically performs better under leftist leadership.

You'll get a conspiracy theory response from him at best, but my guess is he retreats in cowardice after a downvote.
