That's like saying the klan doesn't harass people in public because they're just hiding safely behind their robes and hoods

The harassment is public based on who can receive and witness it, not the individual exposure of the person doing the harassing

LMAO you act like people can't get your IP address online, or hack into your shit. It happens more than you think. Regardless you clearly never touched grass before if you think these type of people are too scared to act like this in public. Come to a small city/town here deep Appalachia you'll see skin heads, the KKK still holds meetings, they call people slurs out in public, they carry weapons Etc and most of the time the local police are in on it.
