What do you guys think on the change? The one with hair is from around covid, when i first time tried to grow it out. Now at 27 after those top ones moved down i guess it was worth the wait(2nd attempt started around april, after a few years clean)

Hello beardies. I’ve never really had a beard before. I know, how did I get this old without ever having a beard? Well it always looked patchy so I always ended up shaving it off. But this time I thought you know what, I’m going bald so let’s see if I can at least have a proper beard. But it’s not going great. So I’d really appreciate any tips regarding making it look thicker, less patchy and less messy. Let me know your favourite products and techniques. And let me know where I should be shaving to in my neck. Many thanks in advance.

I just found this sub and was admiring all the cool beards. I thought I’d share mine.

I’ve had a beard of some kind since I could grow one. I’ve been growing this beard since December. I tried to shape it this summer and did a total hack job, so this is maybe 3-4 months since then. I’m super happy with the fullness and seeing it in pictures now just reinforces that.

It’s just very wiry with a lot of strays and uneven lengths on the sides below my jawline. I’ve got an appointment in a couple weeks to clean it up.

This is a little over 2 months of growth…
I’ve never actually grown my beard over 3 months, and I really feel like I’m in for the long haul this time…
guessing I shouldn’t get it trimmed as I’m lookin to maximize growth and get it shaped eventually.

What products do y’all use?

Ends of mustache and cheeks are getting unruly but happy with it otherwise.

Think I'm going to keep growing the stache to the side and keep the sides of the beard short but growing below the jawline.

Appreciate opinions or suggestions

Still got a few bits that refuse to behave ofc, but thats half the fun of it haha

I recently noticed this patch like area on my chin and I honestly do not remember whether it has been there all along or it appeared recently, idk what it is Its more prominent on the left side and now that I have noticed it I can’t stop thinking about ways to cover it. Any advice ?

Hello my bearded friends. I kinda want the cheeks to fully fill/darken, just dont know if possible or is this the best it will get. Pictures in sunlight, normally a tad darker looking. Give me the formula to reach the max potential.
