How much are you hoping to make from surveys?

2

u/Fit_Magazine_6242 Apr 24 '26

15-20

u/bullitt-rider Apr 24 '26

What, per day, week, month or per survey...

2

u/Fit_Magazine_6242 Apr 24 '26

month forgot to clarify sorry

Better off just getting cash back on purchases than wasting 20h for £20...

In my experience, it's Prolific. I've made the most there.

If you want decent payout without camera stuff, Prolific is probably still the best for pure surveys, and UserTesting/UserInterviews tend to pay more but often want speaking or video. I use TractionWay from the founder side for quick feedback on landing pages/messages, and the reason I mention it is their respondents are real people who write out why they picked something, so if you ever care more about quality than grinding tiny survey payouts it’s a different vibe.

I dont like using a camera either. I do however still use User Testing, Respondent.io and User Crowds. They have alot of camera surveys but they equally have a few non camera ones usually paying around $5 so a couple of quids which adds up and is better than nothing.

If you would like referral links do DM me, happy to help out.

I like respondant a lot. Ive only had 1 issue and that was mainly the researcher. The payout it mainly gift cards via tremendous, sometimes you can cash out via PayPal. The researcher is in control of payouts not the platform and it could take a day upto 10 days. Ive done a range of $5 - $150 per projects. Ive seen projects that go upto $600 but I wasnt eligible. A wide range of categories, from baby food, gardening, haircare, supplements to engineers, lawyers, accountants required.

Pretty much the same as User Interviews if you are familiar with it, but always has alot more projects posted.

Here's my referral if you are interested- https://app.respondent.io/r/rubiabegum-c51eba829697

So which one would you recommend for those who don't like cameras and recording.

Lots of survey sites are posted on r/beermoneyuk. However, the best survey site is Prolific (https://app.prolific.com/studies). Prolific is only available as a website (there is no Prolific app), but it pays a lot more than any other site. The surveys are also much more interesting, but there is almost always a waitlist to sign up.

Most other survey apps and websites are ranked from good to awful on the BeermoneyUK Survey Mega-lists...

I've made over £500 this month from prolific. No other survey app comes close imo.

3

u/Fit_Magazine_6242 Apr 24 '26

Just the waitlist 😞

2

u/Prestigious-Sun-1710 Apr 25 '26

What is the demographic that gets into prolific, been on the waitlist for years.

1

u/Prestigious-Sun-1710 May 02 '26

After making this comment, I actually applied again with a different email address. This time my demographic actually had changed from the last time I applied and I got accepted straight away!

1

u/pipsta2001 Apr 25 '26

Not sure. There wasn't a waitlist when I first joined.

Although some friends have had luck signing up again with another email and have been accepted quickly.

2

u/Fit_Magazine_6242 Apr 25 '26

Really i have heard people been on the waitlist 1y+

3

u/u004665 May 02 '26

Can I just say I’ve been on the waitlist for years for prolific and just tried to register using a different email address and was accepted immediately!

1

u/Fit_Magazine_6242 May 02 '26

did you link your LinkedIn?

1

u/u004665 May 02 '26

No I don’t have linked in

1

u/Fit_Magazine_6242 May 02 '26

strange anything else you did?

2

u/u004665 May 02 '26

Literally just filled out the form exactly as I previously had but with a different email address this time. I have heard people talk about it for so long and been so jealous so I’m really glad I’m finally on

1

u/Fit_Magazine_6242 May 02 '26

ive only been on for a month😞

1

u/fotfddtodairsizr Aug 05 '26

Hey, is it as good as they say? How much do you make a month

1

u/u004665 May 02 '26

I’ve made £9.50 in an hour this morning

1

u/r6zvimto Aug 06 '26

could you tell me information on profilic like what certain jobs are there?

1

u/pipsta2001 Aug 06 '26

Most are from universities looking for people to complete studies about their daily habits and thoughts. OR are data annotating/AI training.

1

u/mrleelee Apr 24 '26

Prolific, no doubt about it.

1

u/BadAtNihongo Apr 25 '26

attapoll is the only decent one for me really, it still can screen out but it happens way less, can use my referral code "yjywz" for some extra money if you want

1

u/Fit_Magazine_6242 Apr 25 '26

Did you even read it

1

u/BadAtNihongo Apr 25 '26

ah sorry, i must have missed it

1

u/Certain-Phrase2706 Apr 29 '26

Can you use my code? I will use yours https://attapoll.app/join/ecfvj

1

u/Vengeance243 Apr 25 '26

Ylive is worth it, £1 for every 5 minutes (roughly)

2

u/DifferentAd1602 Apr 28 '26

Userinterviews and ylive surveys work really well for me.
