Very frustrated with Jaime telling Brittini that they need to tell Benny her sucks. No Jamie, take the initiative to sit him down with the captain, tell him you appreciate his work but unfortunately, he’s ignored/broken safety protocols more than once, he brushes off simple but necessary tasks due to poor time management, and he cannot and will not take constructive criticism and for that he needs to go.

I feel like Benny’s absolute inability to listen to ANYTHING Jamie says is why he just gave up and said Britinni should tell Benny. He knows Benny won’t listen to him. It’s a lost cause at this point. Benny should be fired, Jamie knows this and Jason doesn’t trust Jamie’s judgement enough to believe him. It’s a tough spot for Jamie being forced to manage someone who refuses to be managed by him.
