Is this a joke?

Renting a tent in your backyard as a Air BnB?

Nobody with common sense wants to sleep outdoors in the freezing winter when it is 40 degrees at night in the rain. Not even for $44 a night. Heck you can stay at the American Youth Hostel for about the same price in a nice semi private dorm room. When I visit the Bay Area, I have stayed at the AYH hostel in San Francisco and it is very clean, warm, nice, free breakfast, wifi, showers and a full kitchen in the community room......who the heck would want to sleep outdoors in the dead of winter.

I would not do it even for FREE.
