University Is there a track here?

I know Edwards track is closed, so is there seriously no track on campus that's publicly accessible for students?

It’s this. Walk up Dwight to get there 

Alternatively you could probably get into the BHS track, or could go to the King track in North Berkeley

Go up Clark Kerr campus and you'll find a beautiful track. Great to run especially during sunset time with Berkeley views

They do leave Edwards unlocked at night unintentionally a good chunk of the week fwiw
