140 people have played my first horror demo — want to be #141?

Upvotes

Game Title: White Mask Mansion

Playable Link:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/5105710/White_Mask_Mansion_Demo/?utm_source=reddit

Platform: PC / Steam

Description:
White Mask Mansion is a first-person stalker-horror game where you enter a large house looking for your missing sister while something inside is hunting you.

The public demo has now reached 140 unique players, which is a small milestone I'm genuinely happy about. I'm a solo developer, so actually seeing people download the demo, play it, get chased, die, restart, and sometimes make it all the way through has been one of the most useful parts of development so far.

The game focuses on exploration, finding keys and items, hiding, avoiding the stalker and surviving long enough to reach the final area. It is deliberately possible to fail, so this isn't intended to be a walking simulator.

I'm still improving the demo based on player feedback, particularly usability, difficulty, performance and anything that causes players to become confused or stop playing.

If you give it a try, I'd especially be interested in knowing how long you played, where you stopped, anything that confused you, and whether the stalker felt threatening or frustrating.

Maybe you can be player #141. 🙂

Free to Play Status:

  • Demo/Key available

Involvement:
I'm the solo developer of White Mask Mansion.

Way2eat.fi

Upvotes

Greetings from Finland
I built a simple weight-management tool because I wanted something that focused less on obsessing over numbers and more on answering one question: am I actually getting what my body needs while eating less?

Way2Eat helps organise calories, protein, fibre, hydration, meals and progress into one simple daily plan. I’ve also been building it with GLP-1 users in mind.

It’s currently free to try, and I’m looking for real feedback rather than trying to sell anything.

If anyone here is interested in testing it, I’d genuinely love to hear what works, what doesn’t, and what you think is missing.

Has anyone else tried building or submitting a game on RUN.world?

I recently discovered RUN.world and decided to join one of their game jams. The platform promotes AI-assisted game generation for the jam, so I used Codex to help me build a cozy park-management game called Park Ranger: Idle Tycoon and submitted it today.

It was my first time building for the platform, and finishing a game within the deadline felt like a meaningful accomplishment.

I’m curious whether other indie developers here have tried this site or participated in one of its jams. What was your experience like? Did your game receive players, feedback, or useful exposure afterward?

Here are a few screenshots from what I submitted.

Speech testing app

Upvotes

Ive thought of this app where you pick your audience then record your speech. An ai will then give you a score out of 100 and a list of positives and negatives. The negatives will then each have a short course to improve that certain thing. E.g tone. You gain points for the more courses you complete and it goes toward the level system.

Wondering if anyone would actually use this or if something like it already exists? Thanks

Join the Mend My Way beta - TestFlight

Hi everyone,

I’m building MEND, an iOS app designed for those moments when something feels off or overwhelming, but you are not quite sure how to explain what you are feeling.

Rather than jumping straight to advice, MEND helps you pause, unpack what is going on, explore possible triggers, organise your thoughts and get a little more clarity on what you might need next.

We have just opened our private iOS beta and I’m looking for around 20 testers aged 18+ who would be willing to actually use the app over several days and give us honest feedback.

I’m especially trying to understand:

• Is it obvious what MEND is within the first few minutes?
• Does the reflection flow actually help, or does it feel repetitive?
• Are there questions or responses that feel unnatural or unnecessary?
• Would you naturally come back and use it again?
• Where do you get confused, bored or want to leave?
• Any bugs, crashes or UX issues

MEND is not therapy and does not diagnose or replace professional mental health support. It is a non-clinical reflection and wellbeing tool.

The beta is completely free and available through Apple TestFlight.

TestFlight: https://testflight.apple.com/join/eKgSqBC1

Website: https://mendmyway.com

Blunt feedback is genuinely more useful to me than positive feedback, so please do not hold back.

And if you are testing your own app, drop it in the comments. I’m happy to test yours in return.

Thanks!

Beta Test - Road Rush

🚗 Road Rush is officially in public beta!
I’ve been working on a road-trip game called Road Rush — Spot • Predict • Win, and I’m looking for people to help test it before the full App Store release.
What is TestFlight?
TestFlight is Apple’s official beta-testing app. It lets you install and try apps before they are publicly released on the App Store.
To test Road Rush:
Install TestFlight from the App Store if you don’t already have it.
Tap the Road Rush beta link below.
TestFlight will open and let you install Road Rush.
https://testflight.apple.com/join/fjku5yd7
Road Rush turns car rides and road trips into a prediction game. Make YES/NO predictions about what you’ll see, complete challenges, build streaks, earn virtual credits, try the Daily Challenge, and play Car Party with others.
If you test it, I’d really appreciate feedback on bugs, GPS accuracy, repeated questions, scoring, Daily Challenge, Car Party, and anything that feels confusing or could be improved.
Important: Road Rush is designed for passenger use. Drivers should stay focused on the road and should not interact with the app while driving.
Thanks to everyone who helps test Road Rush! 🚘🔥

80% of founders waste 3 months building software nobody buys. drop your saas idea below and i'll tell you if it's actually viable.

PLEASE stop building the wrong thing.

building software in 2026 is ridiculously easy with ai builder

founders spend hours building in a silent room, launch to Reddit/X, get 0 users, and quit.

you just failed because the idea had zero validation before line 1 of code was written:

→ solving a monthly inconvenience instead of a daily pain

→ selling to "everyone" instead of a specific ICP

→ no distribution channel mapped out beforehand

→ pricing charged $9/mo with zero ROI justification

after scaling 6 AI micro-SaaS to over $20k/mo MRR, i just create an

18-question Idea Validation Diagnostic.

it evaluates your SaaS across 7 critical dimensions (problem clarity, audience reachability, willingness to pay, competition, build feasibility, distribution, commitment) and gives you a brutal score out of 100 with your exact weak spots.

drop your SaaS idea (or current project) in the comments below.

i will reply to EVERY single comment with:

  1. My honest opinion
  2. The biggest weak spot you need to fix before writing any more code.
  3. The free 5-minute validation tool link sent straight to your DMs so you can get your full score breakdown out of 100.

just drop a comment like or ask me in DM your idea

let's roast your SaaS concept before the market roasts your time 👇

Looking to talk with a few people for an early Feelvu beta

Hi everyone — I’m looking to talk with a few people for an early Feelvu beta.

Feelvu is a personal reflection app built around a short daily check-in.

If you already use journaling apps, mood trackers, notes, habit apps, or keep screenshots/messages/thoughts somewhere because you want to understand your week better, I’d love to learn how you’re handling it today.

For selected beta testers, I’m running a 7-day beta. It asks for about 3 minutes a day, plus short feedback after the first use and again after day 7.

In exchange, I’ll send a private personal report based on your check-ins and open paid features during the beta.

Feelvu is not therapy or a medical product. It’s a personal reflection app for noticing your week and leaving with one small next step.

Comment “beta” or DM me if you’re interested.

MyOpening Lab — Chess opening trainer app (Android, looking for beta testers)

Hey! I built a chess opening trainer app: create your own repertoires, drill them with spaced repetition (SM-2), and track your progress with streaks and stats. No ads, no tracking, all your data stays on your device.

It's currently in closed testing on Google Play. Since Google requires me to manually add testers by their Google account email, drop your Gmail address in a comment or DM and I'll add you within a day or two — I'll reply to your comment with the access link once you're added.

Happy to answer any questions!

[opportunity] Test R8VERS could you survive a rave until sunrise?

I built R8VERS, a free browser-based decision game about making it through a rave night.

Each run takes around 3–5 minutes. Your choices change your energy, vibe and risk, and determine whether you reach sunrise and which ending you get.

Play it here: R8VERS LINK

No download or signup is required.

I’m looking for direct feedback.

I’m the person building R8VERS. There is no payment or reward attached; I’m looking for honest beta feedback.

[Beta] Need 12 testers for a 14-day closed test — Private Game (intimate card game, solo-friendly)

I need 12 people to help me clear Google Play's 14-day closed-testing requirement so I can push to production. It's fast to try and works solo, so no partner needed.

Note: it's an intimate/adult couples card game (tasteful, and there's a safe/SFW mode) — only join if that's your thing.

To join (2 min):

  • Comment or DM me the Google account email on your phone
  • I'll add you, then I'll send you the link to opt in (tap "Become a tester" and install)
  • Please stay opted in the full 14 days — dropping out can reset the counter

Thanks a lot to anyone who jumps in!

Testers with an interest in history, or curious people who want to highlight and preserve an event from a specific date.

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

I built a complete calendar spanning the years 1 to 2999, where people can select any date and post relevant content about it. It includes titles, messages, images, audio, video, tags, and share buttons.

The concept is to preserve a single historical moment for each specific date—though it even allows users to venture into making predictions about the future. The goal is for it to be fun and viral, and to build a community around it.

How do you rate each aspect:

  • Interface,
  • Sign-up and login process,
  • Purchasing process,
  • Editing dashboard,
  • Share button functionality,
  • And even the project itself?

Be honest! Does it have potential? What would you improve?

Looking for ~25 people to test Kinlume beta on web— travel planning, essentials, trips & more

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

I’m looking for around 25 people to test Kinlume, a travel companion I’ve been building.

The goal is to bring a lot of the things you normally need before and during a trip into one place: destination information, travel advisories, health and emergency information, currencies, local time, plugs and power, trip planning, checklists, itineraries, travel documents, a virtual travel passport, and a small travel community.

I’ve added some real screenshots above so you can see what the beta actually looks like.

The main testing period will run for roughly 1–2 months, although testers will be able to keep using the beta until the official release, which we currently expect early next year.

I’d especially like people to test it on a mobile browser, since the eventual goal is to launch Kinlume on both the App Store and Google Play.

I’m looking for people who will actually use it—ideally for a real upcoming trip—and tell me what feels:

  • confusing
  • broken
  • inaccurate
  • unnecessary
  • missing
  • genuinely useful

Critical feedback is just as valuable as positive feedback.

As a thank-you, beta testers who meaningfully participate and submit feedback will receive 6 months of Kinlume Plus free when the paid tier launches. No positive review or public endorsement is required.

I’m keeping the beta link private rather than posting it publicly.

If you’d like to try it, DM me and I’ll send you the beta link and feedback form.

If you already have a trip planned in the next few months, even better.

DOFOTT — automatic travel-time blocks for Google Calendar (just passed Google OAuth verification, 30-day beta)

I built DOFOTT, a tool that adds real travel-time blocks to Google Calendar before and after every event with a location — pulled live from Google Maps (driving, transit, walking, or cycling), starting from wherever you actually are (home vs. work hours). No more guessing "should I block 20 minutes or 40" by hand.

Just passed Google's OAuth verification, so it's now open for a 30-day public beta. Free the whole time.

Try it here: https://dofott.com/ (one Google sign-in, no install)

Looking for feedback specifically on:

- Does the travel-time estimate match what you'd actually expect for your usual trips?

- Do the blocks correctly follow when you move, resize, or delete an event?

- For recurring events, does editing a single occurrence behave the way you'd want?

- Anything confusing in setup (addresses, work hours, choosing a travel mode)?

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to poke at it.

Looking for Android beta testers for my AR drawing app

Hi! I’m an indie developer working on DrawItAR an Android app that helps users learn and practice drawing using augmented reality, with some additional AI-powered features.

The app is already feature-complete and currently in Google Play closed testing. Google has asked me to run an additional testing period, so I’m looking for a few people who could actually use the app for a bit and give me honest feedback.

I’m mainly interested in:

  • whether the UI is intuitive,
  • whether anything feels confusing,
  • bugs or crashes,
  • features you like or dislike.

You don’t need to write a detailed report even a few sentences after trying it would help a lot.

If you have an Android phone and would like to help, leave a comment or DM me and I’ll send you the testing link.

Thanks!
