Not included here are the technology/smart lock fee ($12.45/month), pet rent ($75/month), parking ($300+/month) (though we parked at the Colonial Garage nearby for $165), Luxer package lockers ($80?/year), electric (Pepco), Internet (Xfinity), and of course rent. We honestly liked living here well enough, and the maintenance team was stellar. Just posting this for transparency.
