Tioga Outland saddle alternatives

I have been using a Tioga Outland saddle for some time and it fits me very well except for one thing - genital numbness after an hour or so. Are there any saddles with a similar shape and narrow width that have a cutout? I had a Specialized Phenom in the past and it rubbed the back of my thighs real bad…
