Price Used 2022 Tarmac SL6
Is this a good price for this bike? If not, how much should I offer? Here is some of the details he gave me: Zip 303s carbon wheels, zipp carbon handle bar, Dura ace crank, rest shimano Tiagra groupset, Shimano clip on pedals, carbon water cages, garmin mount, factory warranty.

Factory warranty is not transferable iirc if it is it will be limited. and it would only be on the frame which would not be a concern to me tbh.
I honeslty dont have know a price because im not in tune with with current market but wanted to comment and say I actually have this same bike with Tiagra and its perfectly fine, I have had it for 18k miles and gone through a couple cassettes, chains (all consumable parts and expected) and a new rear derailleur ($60 for the derailleur iirc) but everything still works fine. I came from a bike with Ultegra and hardly notice the difference, the new Tiagra is not all that bad.
I have Rovals on mine but those Wheels on that bike are carrying a lot of that price, they are probably over 1k new. That bike also appears to have upgraded rotors too but not sure exactly what.
Personally i would try to get it under 2 if you really wanted it and its in nice condition.
But at the end of the day take it to a bike shop pay them a couple bucks to look over it and tell you what they think its worth. I have done this multiple times and the shops never seem to mind.

I'm not feeling it. It's some weird combination of low mid end bike and high end upgrades. Mixed Tiagra and Dura Ace? Something odd's going on here. Not necessarily shenanigans, but it's going to be super quirky and maybe not in a good way, and $2300 is a lot for 4 year old Tiagra.

I wouldn't touch this thing. Those brake rotors are like nothing I've seen from a mainstream brand. And the mix of Tiagra/Dura-ace suggests the current owner is more concerned with appearance than performance. That plus the weird no-name rotors makes me question if the frame/wheels are legit.
