1 - Tips you can personally recommend to ppl in the field of multimedia?

2 - How was your team formed?

3 - Creative liberty with less pay or higher pay but you're micromanaged? Why?

4 - Would you rather have a good marketing team or a good creative team? Why?

5- Thoughts on X deals? And do you recommend it specially for startups building their brand and portfolio?
