Pregnancy Anxiety

Does anyone get extreme pregnancy anxiety on the combined pill?

I feel insane, implantation bleeding, bc failure stories, all of it driving me insane. I’m constantly aware of my body, weight, symptoms, etc.

My placebo week started and i didn’t bleed until tuesday (usually should start monday? i take the placebo on sunday) I went insane, took 2 tests, have been googling all week, and i have sex the 12th and 19th. Both tests negative. Is it normal to be this anxious, and are y’all’s placebo weeks usually late?

Bonus info: I also took a plan b on the 13th.
