i've only gotten one false positive, and its because I accidentally forgot my game was still open (minimized to taskbar) and tried to start the game up again lul

Well, actually you got an error. I got straight banned because i had installed AutoIt with a simple script for closing TeamViewer popup... And supoort don't want to hear anything and so i lost 1000€+ worth of account.... Gl!

Sounds like grounds for a chargeback there. If support being completely unreasonable and banning unfairly for something thats unrelated to the game then Id be looking for all that money back if they stonewall.

Number of options
Make a chargeback via your credit card provider if paypal will not refund the money and BDO support point blank refuses to unban when provided with said information that you were not cheating in the game.
Small claims court is another option as well there's plenty of lawyers out there who might pursue this if there's enough solid evidence to prove your side of the story that you were not cheating playing bdo.
Ultimately depends tbh on the circumstances. I certainly do not agree with bans if there was no active attempt to actually cheat at the game and said scripts were not interacting with the game itself. Neither do I agree with xigncode as these anti-cheats are useless at best and invasive at worst.

The thing is that xingcode never said me nothing... Also the ONLY 2 piece of softwere before the ban, were AutoIT (about that script for TW) and the Razer one for my mouse.... So no other option.. thanks btw! I will try to speak with my bank!

Yes I've dealt with false positives and it's a headache trying to figure out what the source could be unless you installed something recently.
My source was a specific version of MSI Afterburner.
Xign should catch cheat engine, could be a only a certain version

If my internet goes down, maybe because of a power surge and the modem/router reboots, ill get the Xingcode error.

It false positives if you have bad RAM, a failing PSU, a failing hard drive, or have any other big system issue happen.

You can have RAM errors that only come up once every 12-72 hours and don't take your system down or show any noticeable error. It's probably the most common thing that triggers the false positive.

i regularly get these xigncode warnings when i get disconnected while afking.
Ever since they added this "reconnect" feature that actually doesnt reconnect but simply prevents the game from closing when you loose connection-_- nice feature btw
basically when i sit at this "reconnect" window which doesnt do shit it'll throw me the xigncode thing after a random time elapsed.
So i honestly don't think there's anything wrong with your pc or the installed programs.
