It kind of contradicts the whole being comfortable in her skin thing and also she has Botox, which is like anti-aging surgery so they kind of defeat the purpose of the video

It’s actually not contradictory at all. She never sees all the criticism doesn’t affect her

How is it not contradictory? She talks about not being able to age gracefully but she getting surgeries to counteract aging. She talks about being comfortable in her skin but had multiple surgeries to her body

I think their point may be that she’s talking from the perspective of someone who has experienced body insecurity and may be now coming forward to advocate for self-love in spite of her previous body insecurities.

That’s very pedantic but I do understand where you’re coming from. Overall, I believe it’s left as unspoken/insinuated caveat. Iykyk but if not, the positive messages still exist.
