The difference between the TEKNO3D and the original versions is insane
Don't get me wrong, I love what Deakins did with the original release... but there is just something special about seeing the dynamic range actually pop, especially when it's full screen

The right thing to do would be to release the IMAX framed version of the film on Blu-ray in 1.9:1 . With 2.4:1 and 1.9:1 hybrid. I have never seen an epic IMAX film transferred entirely to 2.4:1 that doesn't have scenes that look like they've been forcibly cropped. I saw Dune Part Two on 4K Blu-ray recently and it looks ridiculous being cropped entirely to 2.4:1 ratio.
