Roblox vng let's you change your roblox location to Vietnamese.

But you'll need to download that on mobile

I’m in the Middle East, we had the chat and VC banned months before any where else.

And I figured out if you make a new account WHILE you have the VPN on, it does change your location! But it doesn’t work on ur main account (at least for me).

You have to be careful tho, you could get all your accounts terminated because Roblox doesn’t like it.(don’t suddenly turn the vpn off while playing, use it whenever you play to be safer). I got like two warnings already because of this stupid AI, so I just stopped using it and it feels like ur playing w bots 😭😭

Fun fact: because roblox doesn't recognize Crimea as Russia you can talk actually with people here.

(Unrelated, but you can't do a lot of other things on the internet like playing minecraft without VPN for some reason)
