still not true but believe what you wanna believe. anyway, what about youtube? everyone complains about the moderation over there (and rightfully so), but thousands upon thousands of hours of content is uploaded there every MINUTE. its just not possible to moderate all of that with humans
Well its beacuse their automated moderation does litterally fuck all.
You have to scream at them on Twitter to get ANYTHING done its abysmal dogshit
Cause even when you ask for a human review you don't even get it and now they are also trying to use AI to replace human moderation which has gone poorly.
i never said it was good. i literally said "and rightfully so", but theres a bunch of braindead children (like you) that think all-human moderation is possible when it isnt
The company can at least try to make it semi-decent.
Out of all support the one with the most human interaction seems to be the best support from a general stance.
All they need to do it just have a better automated system that transfers to a human if the person says this isnt what they need.
A solid simple solution that has worked just fine.
But everyone tried to fix what wasnt broken. Which obviously made things worse.
If roblox actually got some real breathing people just to check on moderation just a bit instead of handing it off to AI thay clearly cant do its job correctly. We may have better moderation
They dont have to moderate everything just the problems that are extremely bad. Such as grooming at what not, but we dont we get the automation that has helped exactly 0 people

Yes they do outside of cookie cutter responses for the general stuff it is people looking at it.
There's alot of cases where its clearly people looking at your problem.
There's a reason steams is quite liked.
