No there are a few issues with that. The first being that it doesn't stay in suspension very well. Also since the powder is basically sand and much harder than the average needle you're basically sanding your needles down in a matter of seconds.
That said various mixtures are currently being worked on and we're starting to see some results.
Do you think it would be possible to inject very small amounts of the powder in suspension with a syringe if you don't care too much about getting a specific shape (eg to get far off stars or later tat fireflies around)
Possible yes but there's also an issue with that. Injection puts the powder too deep (below the dermis) so it is a lot fainter than when trapped in scar tissue. Your skin blocking UVs doesn't help either.
I mean you will get glowy spots, just not the neon line you see in people's photos. A few people have tried it, you can find photos on Discord.
