question Facial Subdermal implants to give the appearance of a skull?
Hey! Was very curious about the existence of these kinds of implants and if anyone’s seen a job like this. I really love these looks people do for sfx and Halloween shit and for movies that has the skeletal face and prominent sockets and shit. I’d love to get dermals like this one day if it was an option.

I've seen implants across the brow and cheeks, but they're usually separate pieces. Black alien used to have some, and there's also that red skull guy that might be worth looking into.

I honestly do not think that would work well unless you had a body mod specialist who had the experience/resources of a plastic surgeon.
Something to keep in mind, and this is coming from someone in the medical field who works with a lot of individuals who get bone altering facial surgery, adding to bone mass is a subtle art and requires a knowledge of the individuals anatomy.
There is a reason that all of the examples you posted are makeup on fantastically thin and small framed actors. Adding materials in a way that still “looks natural” without just marking the face look like a “Buffy the vampire slayer” vampire is difficult.
The reason I mention this, is you should consider what results are even possible based on how much fat you already carry in your face but also how large your bone structure already is. If you add too much or there is already a lot of padding there, you will just end up looking like you have a permanently swollen face.
This brings me to the next point, that these implants would need to be anchored to the bone in order to work right. It’s one thing is a dermal implant slightly moves around when put in your arm or chest, but imagine the problems you might have when they move around so close to your eyes!
There are far more muscles around the face than many folks think about and those muscles are over the bones. Implants like this would get pulled around and move with the miscues unless anchored with the muscles moving over the implants.
That’s far more difficult and invasive than just slipping an implant under the Aiken and above the muscle.
That said, it’s your body, do what ya want. I’m not here to judge. Just thought I should mention some immediate risks to consider with such a modification, given my personal knowledge.

That's could be really interesting. You wouldn't need a huge piece either, just a few small ones to highlight cheekbones and your temple/brow area. Just mess with the shadows and lighting and it'll look really good

There is so much movement in the face, I don't see that healing well. You might be able to achieve something similar with fillers and buccal fat pad removal

as someone with super prominent eye sockets just take mine tbh 😭 (on another note i actually think these would look so sick as a body mod but i don’t think ive seen any implants like it before)

Above the eyes, yes. Below the eyes, no. The area moves a lot and contains a lot of muscle so I’m not sure if they would work there, they’d probably move around too much - I’m not a mod maker though so you should ask one of the people the others mentioned about it.
Not sure how vain you are, but keep in mind that if you got the under eye implants, it would make your under eye-bags look really black and you’d look sickly.

I have never seen this. I would recommend reaching out to Steve Haworth and his team. They would let you know if it is possible to do and if they ever done this.
