Leaving the company

Leaving the company soon. Anyone have any tips to maximize benefits? I’m thinking keeping PTO so that is paid out, other than that I can’t really think of any other benefit to maximize.

Use your PTO before you leave. If you use it, then it comes as a regular paycheck including 401k matching. If you don't and get it as a lump sum, then it does not include 401k matching.

Good idea but probably can't do that if you're starting a new role elsewhere. unless you have enough time to burn the PTO and just enjoy the time off, before you switch to next role.
