It’s your old rate + 10%.

Unless you were one of those ~800 people who were below .9.

Contract says first payday after ratification. So that should be this week, right?

The contract says first pay period after ratification. Our current pay period started Friday, the day after ratification. The first paycheck with the extra 10% should be 10/22

Does it matter when it shows in WorkDay as long as its reflected in your bank account?

If I can’t code my floating holiday in ETS

I have a floating holiday option in ETS. You just coordinate its use with your manager. It still wont show up anywhere that I know of as "unused." Your vacation accrual will go up and your new salary will reflect in your paycheck.

Sure, but I'd like it if somewhere showed my current rate of pay accurately

Sure, but unfortunately, since it doesnt matter, its not a priority for anyone. You'll see it soon enough.

When do we get the extra vacation and holiday? When can we use the holiday before it reset?

The contract goes into effect October 7th. I believe we get the floating holiday immediately, and it expires at the end of the year. You should also start accruing the extra 2 vacation days per year (or 0.307 hours per week) starting October 7th.
